01What is AiroX?+
AiroX is carbon accounting and climate disclosure software for Sri Lankan companies. It measures Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, routes activity through internal review, and combines approved figures with SLFRS S2-structured narrative reporting.
02Does AiroX cover Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions?+
Yes — all three scopes. Activity is categorised by emission source, type and unit, and converted to tonnes of CO₂ equivalent. Scope 2 is computed both location-based and market-based, and Scope 3 covers all fifteen GHG Protocol value-chain categories.
03What is the difference between calculated and manually supplied CO₂e?+
AiroX calculates CO₂e automatically from activity data using the applicable emission factor. Where no factor applies, a figure can be entered directly — and it stays labelled “manually supplied CO₂e” throughout, never blended in as if it were calculated.
Compliance & regulation
01When does SLFRS S2 become mandatory in Sri Lanka?+
It already is, in stages. CA Sri Lanka's adoption calendar made SLFRS S1 and S2 mandatory for the top 100 CSE-listed entities in 2025 and all Main Board entities in 2026, extending to every remaining Specified Business Enterprise by 2030.
02Does AiroX make a report automatically compliant, or externally assured?+
No. AiroX structures the four SLFRS S2 pillars and the supporting emissions tables around your own internal review. Applicability, completeness and any external assurance still require professional judgement — AiroX does not perform or claim third-party audit or assurance.
Groups and multiple companies
01Can a group see a consolidated view across subsidiaries?+
Yes, within one customer's own company tree. A membership on a node grants access to that node and every descendant, so a user with an effective role at a parent company sees an aggregated roll-up — emissions by scope, per-child totals and a pending-approval count — across its whole subtree. Access never reaches sideways to siblings or up to ancestors beyond that membership.
02Can two separate customers ever see each other's data?+
No. Separate customers — separate root companies with no shared membership — are fully isolated from one another. That cross-tenant isolation is absolute; only the roll-up inside one customer's own tree is intentional.
03How is data reviewed before it counts?+
Every submitted entry starts as pending. An admin or owner for that company approves it or rejects it with a required written comment — nothing reaches a dashboard, report or roll-up unreviewed, and the whole exchange stays in the audit trail.
Security
01How is our data protected?+
Through role-based access scoped to the company tree, hashed credentials with rate-limited sign-ins, and a complete audit trail of logins, approvals and changes. Emissions data reveals how a business operates — AiroX treats it accordingly.
02Do you offer private cloud or on-premise deployment?+
For Multi-Company accounts, this is a conversation our team is glad to have — reach out and we'll walk through the options against your requirements.
Pricing & onboarding
01How much does AiroX cost?+
Starter begins at LKR 45,000 per month and Growth at LKR 95,000 per month, both billed annually. Anyone managing a group of companies gets a custom Multi-Company quote scoped to structure, users and onboarding.
02Can we try AiroX before committing?+
Yes — book a demo and we'll walk through the platform using your actual company and reporting calendar, so you can see the fit before any commercial conversation.
